Stepping up in Staffs: What a week in both the real world and FMlandia {S02 P01}

Dear reader, I can assure you that the last two nights of FMing have been the two most stressful I
We’re the mighty Stafford Town and we’re going to Wem-ber-lee. Wem-ber-lee, Wem-ber-lee… That’s right folks. Screw the FA Cup, we
Welcome back to Staffordshire! We’re having a nice time here – you know, apart from being out of the FA
“That probably means we won’t be super-competitive in terms of recruitment but we’ll do our best.” That is a direct
Shall we start with a photo? Yes, let’s start with a photo. Two games to go, the first promotion of
Welcome back to my FM24 series, Stepping up in Staffs – a bizarre challenge where I’ve decided to start at
Hello! Welcome to my FM24 series “Stepping up in Staffs”. To most of you, what won’t make a single bit
Welcome to Belgrade where we have reformed FK Obilic and have fired up a Yugoslavia league system that maybe, just maybe, we will one day conquer. There’s some breaking news in Stoke, I can assure you of that. Just days after we lost 2-1 to Harrogate in the FA Cup First rounds, just hours after we stank the place out at Morpeth and lost 1-0, Port Vale Football Club want me to take over. Blimey. It’s a no-brainer, even though this is their predicament. I am sure we can make up six or seven points pretty sharply. Mind you, I have to think that. This is
